What are you most passionate about and what drives you?
I am passionate about traveling and that has made me a more versatile person. i am super eager to make people live a healthy and happy life. i want women across the globe to be financially independent and be healthy mentally and physically as they are the driving force . If she is healthy and happy the world around her will reflect the same.
What have been your personal challenges and how have they defined you?
I have seen lot of ups and downs losing my dad at a very young age and after that making some wrong personal decisions and again going back to studying. After completing my MBA i again did PHD five years later to make myself more academically qualified. Those years made me more responsible, confident, and empathetic I always have strongly believed every woman should be independent and lead a healthy wealthy life.
How have professional networks empowered you?
Professional networks always help you in every way as they strongly send a professional image of what you do and how you inspire to help others. it has helped me also achieve my goals .
Who are your role models and why?
Every women is an individual and special role model in their own unique ways. They are multi taskers mentally and physically. They not only manage the home family but their work so diligently and intricately that i salute every women around me.
What does Work-Life Balance mean to you?
That’s a key ingredient to happiness and success. I have always given priority to family and will continue to do so proudly. Once we are mentally peaceful and satisfied from home front automatically will be more effective and innovative in our venture/work. We should have our me time and family time without a miss.
