What are you most passionate about and what drives you?
Empowering Dreamers to become Achievers. I am a self- motivated and goal-oriented individual. I am a passionate Educationalist and strongly believe in Teaching and learning process that includes many variables and these help the learners to achieve their goals by using best of their knowledge. Learning, unlearning and relearning is the path to success. I am parent counselor and motivational speaker following my passion by empowering the stay home moms to become achievers. My mission is to equipp people with right kind of knowledge , inspire and empower. My most inspiring quote for every session ‘’ Stop making Excuses’’. Follow your passion. It will lead you to your purpose.
What have been your personal challenges and how have they defined you?
While striking the balance between the personal and professional front, my life has been a roller coaster. Any new beginning has its own challenges. How one handles it defines the success. I am a constant learner Several changes in my work front had motivated me to embrace the new challenges positively. I am a motivational speaker, With the motto of ‘’ Give wings to your thought and Fly high’’ I empower women under my organization organization KRIYAA EDUCATIONAL AND WELFARE TRUST, by sharing my lifetime stories, experiences and challenges, and the possible ways to encounter them and grab the success. I am a social entrepreneur empowering the underprivileged women thriving to prove themselves and looking forward to the better involvement in the society.
How have professional networks empowered you?
It has been agreed that the Most connected people are often the most successful. Networking is one of the most effective tools to empowerment. Effective networking helps in positive personal and professional growth and takes your personal and professional development to the next level. Networking has allowed me to access the opportunities while exchanging the thoughts and this has helped me in developing and improving new set of skills. Its an essential resource to connect, collaborate and empower. Without strong network its impossible to keep the ball rolling!!!!
Who are your role models and why?
Role models: Having role models in our life is important, and having positive role models more important as they influence our action and motivate us to strive to uncover our true potentials and overcome our weakness. Having them pushes us to make the most of our life. we come across many people in our life and each one of them leave you with a message. Piking one message from there, which suits the mission and passion of one’s life, should make a progressive move. Having being asked about role models, I am highly inspired by Mrs. Indira Nooyi, Vandana Shiva and Sushmita Sen for their contributions, achievements and bringing in change by breaking all the barriers , facing the challenges and standing out as a firm achievers.
What does Work-Life Balance mean to you?
Work life for balance for me is to understand your priorities rather than getting confused with the term itself. So, one needs time for both work and other aspects of life. I love my work which leaves me with stress free mind, which helps me grow healthier and happier day by day. And once you learn this act of balancing trust me you will reach the pinnacle of peace.
How would you like the community at SHEconomy to help you?
I would like SHEconomy to help me reach out globally through this platform. I am looking forward connecting and collaborating with more women to motivate them and bring out the leadership qualities in them. I would like to empower and help the Women In Need (WIN) through Kriyaa Educational and Welfare Trust. We have been helping kids, young adults by empowering them with knowledge, skills and placements.
