What are you most passionate about and what drives you?
I am most passionate about my work and woman empowerment. I respect people who like to be self reliant The purpose of life being independent and helpful to my fellow beings makes me a person to mould myself to the situation where I can make a difference.
What have been your personal challenges and how have they defined you?
Being a shy and introvert person that I have been, there have been many personal challenges at every point of time, testing my limits.
life has been an unknown journey, full of surprises. I have been discovering my potential consistently and these challenges have made a confident person I am today.
How have professional networks empowered you?
I have been lucky enough to get in touch with people with whom I have been able to grow personally and professionally. Also being associated with the organisations like KCCI and Raymond and self started ventures has given me an opportunity to network with the right people.
Who are your role models and why?
It is difficult to pin point at a few people, while talking about my role model, as with the various experiences with life, and the growth and support that took place at very step there were many special people who I looked up to for having my goals and path set out.
What does Work-Life Balance mean to you?
Our individual work-life balance will vary over time, often on a daily basis. The right balance for you today will probably be different for you tomorrow. The right balance for you when you are single will be different when you marry, or if you have children; when you start a new career versus when you are about to retire. There is no perfect, one-size fits all, balance you should be striving for. The best work-life balance is different for each of us because we all have different priorities and different lives.
Getting the most of life. Fulfilling myself as a business woman, but also Fulfilling myself as a daughter, sister, wife, Mother, daughter /sister in law, grand mother, friend, It is important for mental and Spiritual balance and health.
How would you like the community at SHEconomy to help you?
As a part of any network/ community, I would always like to have an approach of mutual sharing. Be it sharing of knowledge or support. Knowing the fellow members of SHEconomy community would help me to make my perspectives wider & better. Also it would help me in being a better person & a professional with the better networking and upskilling opportunities.

Life is beautiful because…I am compassionate, non-judgmental, encouraging others, ready to impart all my lessons and experiences, that have created the beautiful and authentic person that I am today.
