What are you most passionate about and what drives you?

I believe strongly that a good human is always born but the early years nurturing makes the rest of his life the best. I am most passionate about mental health; human behaviour patterns and I believe that a healthy mind is the root for a healthy body and healthy living. This passion allows me to blend my interests and passions with my career. I experience satisfaction as I’m spending my time on supporting people with something that’s the most critical which motivates me to do increasingly in this field.

What have been your personal challenges and how have they defined you?

Each day is a fantastic opportunity to attempt something new and push yourself into regions that check your competencies in addition to widen your horizons. As a first-generation entrepreneur and a mother of two girls who were less than four years of age, I started my venture into early education. It turned into certainly a tremendous challenge that I chose on my own. I only felt I have been made to select this opportunity to discover myself and essentially, I call this as a gift. Although my academic profile in management, marketing and HR helped me scale up my venture, additionally helped me to find my core power in Counselling and psychology, that is my inner ardour to help people across.

How have professional networks empowered you?

Networking was an uncommon term in the early days. But as an entrepreneur and professional, I realized it is all about building trust and helping each other for achieving their goals. Professional and Personal Networking with each other, discussing the possibilities assisted me to build strong relationships, get hold of essential information, educating myself. Consequently, I realized networking is a way to empower each other.

Who are your role models and why?

My paternal grand mother and my mother was definitely the great rolemodel especially in being balanced, assertive and resilient. Yet eachand every one I come across, I feel they have sacrificed, fought odds,achieved and inspired certain lives for sure. I draw certain qualities andlearnings from each one of them and I call them my role models too.

What does Work-Life Balance mean to you?

Primarily I consider Work-life Balance as not typically equal. A balanced life for me means, having a lifestyle developing deep connections with people not just family but colleagues and friends also. I believe strongly that I derive more purpose from these and in a meaningful way, I feel more connected with my profession too. Work-Life Balance is taking less stress, effective utilization of set time frames both professionally and personally.

How would you like the community at SHEconomy to help you?

SHEconomy facilitates in spreading our wings on the global platform. I am confident of extending my service to the needy worldwide through this platform. SHEconomy is ALL about connections, networking, developing globally amongst other women.

What would you like to share with the SHEconomy community?

To begin with, I would like to share and unfold about SHEconomy in a large way among the fellow women. I would like to share my knowledge, learning, and experience through exceptional techniques for the advantage of the community that will enhance my profession additionally.
